Role OverviewT2S Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to support the procurement, production, and lifecycle management of critical C5ISR systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise to the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), ensuring the readiness and sustainment of military communications and electronic systems.
What You Will Do
The Systems Engineer will be responsible for acquisition and contracting, engineering and technical support, and lifecycle and sustainment management. This includes preparing acquisition requirements packages, developing market research and independent government cost estimates, and providing technical guidance to ILSC personnel.

Requirements
- Active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain
- Bachelor’s degree & 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic component functions, applications, assembly, and testing
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and datasheets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new databases and software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
