Role OverviewResponsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of one or more outpatient imaging sites. This includes oversight of daily operations, budget, staffing, workflow, equipment, and compliance.

Lead all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Drive operational excellence by implementing policies, optimizing patient flow, and leading continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of radiology principles, imaging equipment, and safety standards
- Strong proficiency in RIS, PACS, and related systems
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations, including insurance, billing, and coding practices
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams, analyzing data, overseeing finances, and resolving operational challenges
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a strong focus on customer service and patient experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of progressive radiology experience, including supervisory or leadership roles
