Role OverviewWe're looking for an admitted attorney to join our Immigration Team as an EOIR Attorney. You will report to the Sr. Associate Attorney and manage your caseload, client interaction, and collaborate with our Immigration Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated EOIR Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm.
What You Will Do
Explain immigration concepts, represent individuals in removal proceedings, manage workload, and prepare immigration applications. You will also present to law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations, and meet with potential clients for strategic immigration consultations.

Requirements
- 1-5 years of Immigration Law Experience
- Team player with interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications
- Experience with Case Management Software preferred
