Job Description
Staff Attorney will provide direct legal representation to detained immigrant adults, manage caseload, and mentor pro bono attorneys. This role focuses on case management, client advocacy, and legal strategy for individuals in removal proceedings.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
  • 0-3 years of legal experience (immigration law experience preferred)
  • Active bar membership in good standing
  • Spanish proficiency (written and oral required; fluency preferred)
