Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced immigration attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Individual Calendar Hearings on an appointment-based contract basis. This role allows you to continue practicing meaningful immigration law while maintaining the flexibility to balance other professional commitments.
What You Will Do
Serve as co-counsel on client matters, appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings, advocate professionally on behalf of clients, and report hearing outcomes using established firm templates.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Active U.S. bar license, 3–5 years of immigration or courtroom experience, basic knowledge of immigration law, and availability during standard court business hours are required.
