Reclatam is hiring an Immigration Law Receptionist / Intake Specialist for a U.S.-based immigration law firm. The role involves managing high call volumes, triaging urgent client needs, and supporting virtual and in-office teams.
Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist or intake specialist in a U.S.-based immigration law firm
Working knowledge of immigration terminology
Proven ability to manage high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
