Role Overview

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Immunology Global R&D & Commercial Strategy Senior Finance Manager based in Spring House, PA or Titusville, NJ. This role may require up to 10% domestic travel. The Senior Finance Manager will play a leadership role across all Immunology disease areas, providing financial support and strategic analysis to support business cases.

What You Will Do

The Senior Finance Manager will lead Immunology financial consolidation, develop strategic analysis, and support business development, innovation, and portfolio enabling projects. They will also develop and coach high-performing Senior Financial Analysts and transform the finance organization into an insight-driven business accelerator.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance or relevant business experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or business
  • MBA or master's in Finance/Analytics preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with advanced data analytics tools preferred
  • Strong skills in storytelling and delivery of powerful presentations
  • Proven experience in partnering with leaders and influencing at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to lead teams in a complex, virtual environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
