Job Description
The Impact Team Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for providing immediate leadership and strategic direction to full-service hotels experiencing a vacancy in their sales and marketing leadership role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales and marketing leadership experience in full-service hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new markets, teams, and hotel environments.
