Job Description
Paradigm is an accountable specialty care management organization focused on improving the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses. The Implant Associate is responsible for adjudicating workers compensation claims containing implanted devices.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or up to 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Surgical healthcare knowledge
  • Experience and/or knowledge of medical billing and common coding practices, including ICD-9/10 coding and medical terminology
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office and computer application systems
