Job Description
The Implementation Analyst is responsible for performing implementation tasks and partnering with Project Managers to deliver accurate and timely solutions on projects. The Analyst will participate in projects from post-sales status through the implementation process until the customer is live on the ERP platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent work experience
  • ERP System concepts knowledge
  • Business processes understanding
  • Firm grasp of accounting principles and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical, logical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to apply Project Management principles and utilize DMSi's project methodology
  • Ability to positively interact with all levels of the company and with others outside the company
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of tact, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Normal office environment with use of computers and telephone systems
