Role OverviewHover is looking for an Implementation Manager to deliver complex carrier deployments, working with the largest insurance customers to define and iterate on the implementation playbook.
What You Will Do
You'll own several enterprise implementations, lead kickoffs, working sessions, and training, and run the plan, status reporting, and risk management.

Requirements
- 4+ years of direct, hands-on implementation experience at a SaaS company
- Experience delivering enterprise implementations, including managing several at the same time
- A track record of building and refining systems, templates, or processes that others adopted
- Experience with configuration, data migration, integrations, and UAT for a workflow-based product
- Strong cross-functional skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
