Requirements

  • Manages, leads, and provides support to all implementations of MRO's Exchange Manager platform and technology add-ons
  • Creates and executes effective and efficient ROI workflows
  • Trains field users on processes and software application use
  • Resolves operational and technical issues as necessary
  • Collaborates with other MRO resources for successful client implementations
