Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, you will lead customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and technical teams, gathering requirements, managing project documentation, communicating project status, and driving customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with customer project teams and executive sponsors, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria, and leading all phases of project delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly through both formal instruction and self-directed learning.
• Experience training and supporting adult learners.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
