Job Description
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting the successful onboarding, configuration, and deployment of company products and solutions for new and existing customers. The position requires strong project coordination, technical aptitude, and customer-facing communication skills.

Requirements

  • Manage end-to-end customer implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation lifecycle
  • Gather, document, and validate customer requirements and translate them into implementation plans
  • Configure systems, workflows, and integrations according to defined specifications
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as product, engineering, sales, and support to ensure successful delivery
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct user training sessions and develop implementation documentation
  • Ensure solutions meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations
  • Support post-implementation transitions and handoffs to support or account teams
