Job Description

As a Market Import Buyer, you will be responsible for strategically replenishing our warehouses within the market. You will execute a queue of purchasing activity which may be oriented by category, market, region, vendor or customer.

Requirements

Communicate with global manufacturers and suppliers regarding orders, inventory and delivery timelines.
Support supply through product selection, development, and sourcing.
Monitor pricing, terms and KPIs with manufacturers and suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels/inventory control among multiple warehouses and ensure maximum efficiency of warehouse space.
Be a strong team member with peers and other key internal stakeholders, including purchasing, operations, warehouse, finance and sales.
Deliver the on the KPI/metrics and objectives, ensuring that all actions are in sync with plan defined by local leadership.
