Role OverviewThis is a hybrid role based in Plano, Texas, with regular onsite presence required at the NTT DATA Headquarters for team collaboration, project planning, stakeholder engagement, and key operational activities. The role combines remote work with in-office participation to support effective cross-functional partnership and platform delivery. The Imprivata L4 Engineer serves as the highest level of technical escalation and subject matter expert for the enterprise Imprivata platform.
What You Will Do
Provide advanced technical leadership to ensure the availability, security, performance, and resiliency of enterprise authentication and access management services. Troubleshoot complex authentication, SSO, appliance, agent, and integration problems. Administer and maintain enterprise Imprivata OneSign/EAM environments.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Imprivata OneSign/EAM environments.
- Strong expertise in SSO, authentication, MFA, and identity management technologies.
- Experience integrating with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills involving authentication flows, logs, networking, and Windows environments.
- Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, or similar VDI platforms.
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and enterprise platform architecture.
- Experience planning and executing upgrades, migrations, and enterprise deployments.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
