What You Will Do
Plan and implement projects to improve production methods and equipment performance. Design, develop, and test machinery and tools. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred OR 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Experience with PLC and CNC programming and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding (stick, MIG, TIG)
- Understanding of machine control circuits and schematics
- Familiarity with plumbing, pumps, and various piping materials
