Role Overview

Heartland ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services to clients in the Greenville, OH community. This part-time role involves working one-on-one with clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

What You Will Do

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices and foster a positive learning environment for clients and their families.
