What You Will Do
Conduct individual, family, and group counseling, assist caregivers, create care plans, and promote family supports. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure close collaboration and coordination of care.

Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
