Competitive base salary and uncapped commission. Expected first year income earnings up to $200K+. West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide, specializing in home improvement.

Requirements

  • Follow a monthly rotating schedule
  • Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
  • Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
