Role Overview

West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. This In-Home Sales Representative role serves as the primary customer contact, delivering the company's sales method to secure agreements for products and services. The position operates on a rotating schedule and involves no cold-calling, as all leads are warm and pre-set.

What You Will Do

Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process during approximately 2-hour appointments. Follow a monthly rotating schedule with varying weekday and Saturday hours. Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.

Previous sales experience is preferred, but recent graduates and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles have also succeeded. The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, an annual net sales bonus, and expected first-year earnings up to $200K+.

  • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
