As a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you’ll provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.
What You Will Do
You’ll conduct virtual visits, review medication and medical history, perform physical evaluations, and, if ordered, additional diagnostic tests. You’ll use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- VA primary residence (preferred)
- Board certification (required)
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
