Job Description
An In-Home Sales Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase products and services. No cold-calling or lead generation is required, with all leads being warm and pre-set. The role includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and annual Net Sales Bonus Program with expected first year income earnings up to $200K+. Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Previous sales experience or recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • Valid smart phone or smart device
  • Bilingual Spanish / English candidates with proficiency in English reading and writing are encouraged to apply
  • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
