Job Description
As an In-Home Sales Manager at West Shore Home, you will lead and grow a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives, contributing to the company's mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home. You will play a key role in driving forward the company's growth and providing a five-star experience to homeowners.

Requirements

  • Review sales appointments scheduled by our Inside Sales teams and adjust accordingly
  • Run a minimum of 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments per week
  • Effectively complete cancel-save appointments as needed
  • Regularly review performance results and take necessary actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations
  • Prepare and lead a weekly sales team meeting
  • Provide effective training to employees
  • Continuously improve systems and processes
  • Interact with other company managers to support and improve the customer journey
