Role OverviewThe In-Home Services RN provides skilled nursing care in accordance with InnovAge policies and all applicable regulations to participants and performs related administrative tasks for InnovAge.
What You Will Do
Triage participant and staff phone calls, schedule outside appointments, assist in examination, testing, and treatment of participants, and implement orders written by primary care physician(s).
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year working with the frail or elderly, an Associate’s degree in nursing, and current State issued Registered Nurses License.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- Current State issued Registered Nurses License
- Current First Aid and BLS certifications
- 1+ year working with the frail or elderly
- Personal transportation, current state issued driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance
