Role OverviewThe In-Office Benefit Configuration Specialist will provide effective technical support to the process, actively resolve client issues, and manage transactions as per required quality standards. The role requires excellent customer service, effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries, and maintaining logs and records of all customer queries.
What You Will Do
The specialist will field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails, document all pertinent end user identification information, update own availability in the RAVE system, and record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
