Job Description
As an In-Office Non-QM Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting complex non-qualified mortgage (Non-QM) loan applications, ensuring compliance with all underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in underwriting Non-QM loans.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Bank Statement, DSCR, and Asset Depletion products.
  • Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards related to Non-QM loans.
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of loan files while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
