Role OverviewThe In-Room Dining Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering seamless and personalized dining experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for accurately recording and processing guest food and beverage orders, offering menu suggestions, and coordinating deliveries with in-room dining servers.
What You Will Do
Answer and process in-room dining orders via phone, provide menu recommendations, communicate with in-room dining servers, process payment transactions, maintain knowledge of menu offerings, and address guest inquiries.
