Job Description
The In-Room Dining Manager will assist in managing room service operations at the Park Hyatt New York. The role involves guest satisfaction, compliance with standards, recruiting, leading and training of staff. The ideal candidate should have proficient skills with computers and point of sales systems, as well as a minimum of 3 years of food and beverage supervisory experience.

  • Refined communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills is highly recommended
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to weekends, late hours
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working in union environment helpful
