Job Description
Join us as an In-Room Dining Order Taker at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa. This role entails taking in-room dining orders from guests and interacting with servers to ensure smooth deliveries. Requirements include proficiency in general computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility with schedules, including evenings and overnights. Requirements

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Refined customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including working knowledge of POS, Excel, Power Point and word.
  • Previous food & beverage and hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work overnight shifts.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
  • California Food Handlers Certification required
