Job Description
The In-Room Dining Order Taker records guest food and beverage in-room dining orders and offers menu suggestions. This role has continuous communication with the in-room dining servers on amenity coordination and all deliveries.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Refined customer service and phone etiquette
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, including POS, Excel, Power Point and word
  • Previous food & beverage and hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • California Food Handlers Certification required
