Role OverviewYou will perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments. Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store. Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
What You Will Do
Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team. Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs. Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative.
