Job Description
This position is responsible for building and maintaining tooling used at domestic and international nuclear facilities. The IVVI Tooling Technician will work with GE Vernova Hitachi Field Services team to ensure proper operability of tooling before it is sent to customer sites.

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical equipment
  • Working knowledge of GEH In-Vessel Visual Inspection tooling experience
  • Strictly adhere to regulations and procedures
  • Previous customer repair/service experience
  • Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft applications: Office and ERP/Oracle
  • Must be self-motivated, logical, and a detail-oriented team-player
  • Must be willing to travel for training, and or testing as necessary
  • Highly motivated to be successful and help the entire team
  • Be a self-starter and capable of working in a cohesive team to ensure a successful outcome
  • Willingness to learn and take the initiative in new situations and environments
