Job Description
The Inbound Expert will create a welcoming and inspiring guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues. The role also involves executing a detailed and efficient sorting operation, stocking and organizing reserve product, and maintaining product availability on the sales floor.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
