Role OverviewInbound Experts enable a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. They lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store.
What You Will Do
A typical day includes greeting guests, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and maintaining product availability on the sales floor. Inbound Experts also execute detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operations, stock and organize reserve product, and process defective merchandise.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
