Role OverviewAs an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating a guest-first culture across the store, executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities, and delivering on sales goals. You will work in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
What You Will Do
A typical day will include creating an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience, greeting guests, helping guests find what they need, executing a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation, and maintaining product availability on the salesfloor.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
