Role OverviewDMA Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Inbound Replenishment Supervisor to lead receiving operations within our Distribution Center. This role is responsible for overseeing all inbound freight activities, including replenishment, receiving, unloading, quality inspections, inventory reconciliation, staging, and put-away of imported containers, domestic vendor shipments, and intercompany transfers.
What You Will Do
Lead and supervise all daily inbound replenishment operations, manage the unloading, inspection, staging, and put-away of inbound freight, verify shipments against manifests, and maintain and update the Master Receiving Schedule.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse receiving, shipping, or distribution experience
- Previous supervisory experience leading teams of 3–10 employees
- Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email, ERP/Warehouse Management Systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
