Role OverviewAs an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating a guest-first culture across the store, executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities, and delivering on sales goals. You will work in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
What You Will Do
Your typical day will include greeting guests, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and respectful attitude. You will also execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation, stock and organize reserve product, and maintain product availability on the salesfloor.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
