Role OverviewAs an Inbound Expert, you will create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues. You will also execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, stock and organize reserve product, and maintain product availability on the sales floor.
What You Will Do
A typical day will include creating a guest-first culture, executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities, and delivering on sales goals. You will also assist peers in other areas, adjust to business and guest needs, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
