Job Description
Hungryroot is seeking an Inbound Supervisor to manage warehouse activities and maximize productivity. The role involves supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring quality, and preparing documentation. The position is based in Hiram, Georgia and focuses on building and maintaining efficient processes within a fast-growing fulfillment center.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of fulfillment experience
  • 5+ years' direct experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment
  • Experience in an automated pick environment is a plus
  • Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvements, KPI’s & financial results
  • Food & Beverage facility experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with WMS and/or ERP systems (such as NetSuite) - preferred
  • Bachelors’ degree preferred/ HS Diploma/GED Required
