Job Description
The Inbound Support Associate supports warehouse operations by safely transporting materials, equipment, and products throughout the facility, requiring attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills, including ability to log in and follow on screen instructions
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and understand basic written instructions, numbers, and product codes
  • Ability to communicate and understand basic information in English
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions from a voice headset, scanner, computer, or paper pick sheet
  • Ability to read and work with alphanumeric codes
