Job Description
Job Title: Incentive Compensation Manager. Design, recommend, implement, and maintain compensation programs, policies, and procedures to support company objectives. Deliver fair, innovative, competitive, and performance-driven compensation in an efficient manner to business partners throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for incentive compensation services
  • Produce clearly written narratives, documents, and decks to communicate measurement plans and findings
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope documents
  • Lead the design of IC initiatives
  • Work independently to process information and data to create reports on activities, trends, and projections
  • Train leadership, managers, and business partners on incentive plans
  • Meet with management to establish, monitor, and review performance
  • Develop professionally formatted summary materials
  • Facilitate training sessions
  • Synthesize information and data from a variety of sources to apply sound judgment to solve problems and make defensible recommendations
