Job Description
The SYEP provides work experience, job readiness skills, and training needed to gain full time employment. Youth accepted into the SYEP shall be temporary employees as provided for under the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation’s Employee Personnel Manual (EPM) and subject to the EPM’s provisions unless otherwise provided for in these Guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be a high school student ages 14-18 on the first day of employment
  • Provide proof of Certification of Indian Blood, Birth Certificate, Social Security card, State ID, School ID or License
  • Must attend workshops to participate
