Role OverviewMerakey is seeking a mission-driven, compassionate, and reliable individual to join our team as an Incident Manager/Relief Shift Supervisor. The ideal candidate will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assist with daily living activities, and promote health, safety, and well-being. This role requires a thorough understanding of IDD and ICF/MR regulations, effective communication and collaboration skills, and supervisory experience.
What You Will Do
Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs), assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation, support life skills development, and promote health, safety, and well-being.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED Required
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (but not required)
- At least 1 year of work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities in a similar setting
