The Incident Response Manager will lead cross-functional incidents, orchestrate response efforts, and coordinate stakeholders to resolve events. This role involves leading incident escalation, developing partnerships, driving continuous improvement, and delivering executive communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience in incident management
  • Proven technical expertise in complex engineering systems
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive
  • Experience briefing senior executives on complex incidents
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
