Role OverviewThe Inclusion and Community Coordinator will lead the Office of Inclusion and Community (OIC) to advance a community culture of belonging, and education. The Coordinator will assist and support campuswide initiatives and programs in serving and preparing the University’s first generation, high need, and underrepresented student populations.
What You Will Do
The Coordinator will support the execution of inclusive programming, expand utilization of OIC Centers, establish inclusive OIC Centers calendar, partner with student diversity led clubs and organizations, and aid in coordinating the pre-orientation Summer Bridge program.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience
- Experience equivalent to three (3) years of progressively responsible technical, analytical, or administrative experience
- Fluency (read, write, and communicate orally in English with high levels of/cross-cultural competency)
- Experience working with underserved student populations
- Experience managing student employees or volunteers
- Experience working with students
