Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, Inclusion, Program/Project Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills and experience driving work across functions without direct authority
  • Proven relationship management skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workstreams
  • An outcome-oriented mindset focused on solving problems and improving experience
