Job Description
Middleby Refrigeration is seeking a detail-oriented Incoming Inspector to support our Quality team in Greenville, MI. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards before being released to production.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency using inspection and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. in a manufacturing environment
