Role OverviewThe Incoming Inspector is responsible for testing incoming goods according to the inspection plan and organizational instruction. This role requires proficiency in hand tools and gauges, as well as a working understanding of the MRB process and handling of non-conforming materials.
What You Will Do
Test incoming goods, perform receipt inspections, document records, and communicate failed product inspections. Work closely with Engineering and Production Management to determine workloads and prioritize projects.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A strong candidate will have 5 years of experience in production inspection/quality, metrology experience, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. They will also have experience with typical inspection equipment and strong written and verbal communication skills.
