Job Description
As Assistant Local Manager, you will lead and develop a local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals, promoting a positive environment and maintaining core values and policies.

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
